La Maison Health and Fitness, previously “Club La Maison,” is one of the Main Line area’s first neighborhood family health clubs. As our community has evolved around us, we’ve worked to transform ourselves, upgrading our space and our programs year over year to better meet your expectations of what a gym can do to support a lifestyle grounded in health and wellness. The Sposato family opened Club La Maison in 1983 and more than 35 years later, we are still family-owned and continue to thrive. “We’ve been part of this community for 35+ years and we’re here to stay,” says General Manager, Paul Meshyock.
