All star cheerleading is one of the fastest growing competitive sports in the US. Athletes are not associated with a specific school and do not cheer for any other sports teams, they train and compete for themselves and their gym. Competitive cheerleaders work hard in the gym to perfect skills in stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions and dance, all of which form part of exciting routines which they perform at a variety of competitions. All Star Cheer is a TEAM sport, meaning EVERY member is important and crucial to the success of the whole group. Athletes work hard, have fun and build confidence and pride in themselves and their team! Athletes also gain experience in a variety of life skills which they can take with them into all areas of their lives!
