About
Fall, Winter, Summer & Spring, our recreational gymnastics classes are weekly classes structured to build foundational skills and core strength. Children ages 5-18 can enjoy learning basic gymnastics skills on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. In addition to the 4 olympic events they will work on tumble track, trampoline, and climbing rope. All the activities combined will help build confidence, coordination, and balance.
